Any student can do it with the right strategy.
At CTP, we firmly believe that with the right strategies, any student can raise their SAT®/ACT® score. Contrary to popular belief, these exams are not measures of natural ability, these exams are measures of how well students can gauge exams patterns; with proper training, just about any student should be able to master these exam patterns. We believe this because we see it in practice constantly: Wether it’s a student who skyrocketed from a 980 to 1220 after a few sessions or a student who skyrocketed from a 1250 to 1550, we see the effectiveness of exam pattern mastering all the time.
Our work smart, not hard strategy.
At CTP we teach our students to conquer The SAT®/ACT® by working smarter not harder. What this means is that we teach our students exam shortcuts and other efficient methods for getting questions right, as opposed to drilling them with tedious English/ math drills.
What does this look like in practice?
Instead of making our students master complicated algebra thermos, we teach our students simple methods to solve math problems using their calculators. As for English, rather than boring our students with reading comprehension drills, we teach our students exam patterns that allow them to get questions right by simply looking at a few passage elements.
